Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice if possible, and 5 hours in advance to not be fined.
Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 5 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to $10 off 30 minute sessions, and $20 for sessions above $50 services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
Class Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy (Events and Classes) Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our Events/Classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled Event/Class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Customer. You may call us during business hours to cancel. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 48 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Event/Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
